HOW DO I SELL WITH YOU
If you have items you would like to sell, the first step is to fill out the contact form to request a consultation. After you fill you the form, you can respond to the email we send by sending photos of your items for evaluation.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO SELL
Our pricing is based on a % commission of the final sale. Items that do not sell will be tried again in the next Auction. Items that are not sold will be returned and a fee assesed of $5.00 for handling. Items not picked up follow the sale will be disposed of.
IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE
ON MOST ITEMS YES.
We have inhouse shipping to provide the most affordable shipping possible while using high-quality packing materials to ensure your items make it to you without damage. We use software to find the least expensive shipper.
If you buy an item that requires shipping, contact us. We provide a shipping quote and once you accept, you will need to pay for your shipping. We will ship your item within 2 business days after receiving payment.
You can add insurance, expedited service and special handling to your shipment, but you will be responsible for those charges.
HOW DO I PICK UP A ITEM
Pickup
If you win an item, you will receive an email with the pickup date. We schedule dedicated times and dates for the pickup of items so that we can ensure that we have enough available employees to help. You still need to schedule a time slot. This makes it a very fast and efficient process for everyone. Items not picked up on scheduled days will be forfeited and no refunds given.
